This document outlines information about Employers and Overseas Entity's ability to send and receive emails containing customer information with Child Support using secure messaging.

Secure messaging

To enable Employers and Overseas Entities to communicate efficiently with Child Support and exchange sensitive customer information, a secure messaging service is available through an external provider - Symantec.

Once registered with Symantec, Employers and Overseas Entities can log in to a secure site to communicate via email with Child Support.
