Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988

  • section 17, Liabilities in relation to children that are registrable maintenance liabilities
  • section 17A, Liabilities in relation to persons who have paid amounts where no liability to pay because the person is not the parent
  • section 71AA, Registrar may offset child support debts between payer and payee
