DPO Contact Officer (EL1 only)

  • issue DAC out of office hours where child support debt is under $50,000

Specified EL2 Delegate, Intensive Collection Services

  • issue DPO, issue a departure authorisation certificate (DAC) and revoke DPO where child support debt (not including penalties) is under $50,000

National Manager, Intensive Collection Services

  • issue DPO, issue a DAC and revoke DPO where child support debt (not including penalties) is $50,000 and above
