New Zealand Case Management – Summary of Exchange of Information from Child Support to Inland Revenue, New Zealand (NZIR) 277-08220000
This document outlines the processes used by officers in the International Central Authority (CA) team to manage the exchange of information between Child Support and Inland Revenue, New Zealand (NZIR).
New Zealand case management - Information exchange
Information is exchanged via the NZ secure messaging mailbox and is recorded in several of spreadsheets titled:
- NZ Daily Exchange – request for information from NZIR and responses received from NZIR
- Weekly ACERTS – notification of amended liabilities
- Weekly Withdrawals Requests from transmitting authority to withdraw their case
- Weekly Tracing Requests pre-transmittal/customer location requests
- Weekly Transmittals – registration requests
- Weekly Income requests – income requests
- Weekly Enforcement Updates – request from transmitting authority for updates
- Weekly General Withdrawal Requests CS to NZ – request to transmitting authority to withdraw their case
- Weekly Potential Returns CS to NZ – request to transmitting authority for new information on cases which may be returned
- Weekly Returns – notification to transmitting authority of returned cases
- Weekly Requests for Amended Certificates – request to transmitting authority for an Amended Certificate
- Weekly Requests for Monthly Income Breakdown from NZ – monthly income breakdown requests
All spreadsheets are saved in a specific folder relevant to the process in Hobart’s shared drive folder titled Int - NZ.
