Expand tableItem | Description |
1 | Submit Early
Archive retrieval requests take a few minutes to a few hours depending on the number of users on the system. There tends to be fewer users before 11am AEST, so archive requests may take less time to retrieve before this time. |
2 | Screen message
On completion of retrieval request, a message will display if the user is still logged onto the system. |
3 | Retrieval Status
To see if a requested archive has been retrieved, check the Archive Retrieval Status (AS) screen to see if the request has been actioned. If there are no outstanding requests, the archives are available online. Go to the Archive Display Summary (ADS) screen to see the details. |
4 | Do not repeat request on the same day
Since the process of retrieving information may have a slow turnaround time, it is advisable not to resubmit an archive request. |
5 | Cannot find archive?
Archives may exist in more than one environment for a customer. Use the Interstate Transfer Log (ITLG) screen to locate the environments where archives may be found. Go to each of the customer's environments to retrieve the archives. |
