Note: the customer may not be able to advise the status of their training contract. Encourage customers who advise they are engaged in a full time Australian Apprenticeship to test their eligibility for payment. Services Australia will confirm the Australian Apprenticeship details with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) if the customer makes a claim.
