Before restoring CA for the carer:

  • for returned mail - address unknown, update the address
  • confirm and update bank details if a direct credit is returned
  • reschedule an unattended interview. Do not restore CA until the carer attends an interview
  • make sure carer returns:
    • all review forms
    • medical reports, and/or
    • Care Needs Assessment forms
