Classifying escalated Centrelink digital images in the National Queue 111-10010010



This document outlines how Classification Support staff locate, access, and classify Centrelink customer images that have been escalated in the National Queue via Process Direct.

Classification Support Officer

A Classification Support Officer is responsible for:

  • resolving issues and classifying images that have been escalated
  • moving images to other queues in the National Queue

Restricted Access Officer

A Restricted Access Officer is responsible for:

  • classifying Restricted Access documents
  • ensuring document upload is successful for Restricted Access records
