Is there a timeline for organisations to move to Business Hub? |
From March 2026 Services Australia will begin contacting CBOS businesses that have existing functionality in Business Hub about transitioning. We aim to complete this outreach by the end of June 2026. Services that do not yet have functionality built in Business Hub will continue to use CBOS until a future solution is implemented. |

Is there a user guide to support an organisation to transition to Business Hub? |
Yes, the user guide Existing Centrelink Business Online Services (CBOS) users transitioning to Business Hub is available internally on the Business Hub intranet page. Users can also access it from the help section in CBOS. The user guide is sent to the Authorised Officer as part of the invitation to transition to Business Hub email. |

What Business Hub websites are available for organisations? |
The following Services Australia webpages provide information about Business Hub: To log in users select PRODA from the drop down menu in the top right which directs them to the PRODA (Provider Digital Access) page on the Services Australia website. A user then will select the Log in to PRODA button on the webpage. |

What resource is required for the Business Hub Access Management tile in Process Direct? |
Staff must request Business Hub Access Management resource in ESSentials to access the Business Hub Access Management tile in Process Direct. |

Does PRODA use multifactor authentication? |
Yes, PRODA uses multifactor authentication (MFA). Users can choose to receive their MFA verification code via email or SMS in their PRODA profile. |

Can users register for PRODA using a generic or positional mailbox? |
A PRODA account is unique to an individual. It is recommended that users don’t use a group or work email address. If a generic or positional mailbox is used, it cannot be shared or reused to access PRODA by another user. |

If an organisation lodges a new application for Centrepay and another program (for example CCeS, EVoR or IM), what system are they set up in? |
As Centrepay reforms have been implemented, new organisations will be set up in Business Hub. This includes organisations engaging with CCeS, and EVoR. |

What happens if a business is unhappy about transitioning to Business Hub? |
If a business is unhappy with transitioning, a complaint can be recorded and escalated through the Customer Feedback Tool following the process for the relevant program. Suggested wording for staff: Business Hub is a secure portal that allows businesses to work with us online, on behalf of a customer. It offers improved security, usability and the ability for businesses to self-manage access for their personnel. Once CBOS has been decommissioned, organisations will not be able interact with Services Australia online unless they register for Business Hub. |

When does a business need to transition by? |
The expected completion date to transition all programs with existing functionality in Business Hub is the end of June 2026. System changes or legislative priorities may impact this intended timeline. Programs without Business Hub functionality will be negotiated separately by business owners and ICT. |

How will I look up reports once a business has transitioned? |
Access to Electronic Mail Organisation Staff (EMOS) has not changed. Centrelink Deduction Reports and Organisational Online Mail (OOM) for Deduction and Confirmation Programs provides instructions for accessing reports for organisations. |

Can a non-ABN holder transition to Business Hub? |
Existing non-ABN organisations that already use CBOS can transition to Business Hub using the transition workflow. New non-ABN organisations cannot currently apply for services in Business Hub. A solution is still being developed. |

Can an international user transition to Business Hub? |
Currently, international users cannot transition to Business Hub. A solution is being developed. To ensure international users do not lose access to services, any Employee IDs that are updated to ‘outside Australia’ will be ignored in any clean-up process. |

What is the process if an Authorised Officer does not have a Registration and Access Management for Business (RAMB) login? |

Can a business register in Business Hub as an organisation rather than an induvial user? |
No, all users must register as individuals. If you suspect that someone is sharing PRODA credentials, go to the Process of Business Hub. Suggested wording that can be used by staff to advise businesses: Business Hub uses PRODA to verify and authenticate individual users. We verify identity using identity documents. Services Australia will not collect or store a person’s documents. User’s personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988. You can get more information about the way in which we will manage your personal information, including our privacy policy, at servicesaustralia.gov.au/privacy A PRODA account belongs to the individual and does not expire. Under the terms of use of Business Online Services, businesses must register individual users and ensure users do not share login details and comply with all relevant agency requirements. |

Can a user register for Business Hub using a business email address? |
A PRODA account belongs to the individual and does not expire. If a user changes employers, they will keep the same individual PRODA account. Users can choose which email address to register with PRODA. Services Australia recommends that users don’t use a group, shared or work email address, but registration using a work email address cannot be prevented. |
