Locating debts in the Debt Management and Information System (DMIS) 107-02030020
This document outlines how to select and display information for customer debts in DMIS.
System protocols
All debts regardless of status are viewable.
Multiple debts display in the following order:
- Undetermined and Assurance of Support (AoS) protected - listed from the earliest to the latest date registered
- Determined - listed from the earliest to the latest date raised
- Finalised - listed from the earliest to the latest date finalised
DMIS and Process Direct
Debts managed in Process Direct (such as Child Care Subsidy) can be viewed in DMIS. Action updates in Process Direct. For more details see:
