This document outlines how customers can use self service terminals (SST) to do their business online. These are in all Services Australia service centres, myGov shopfronts, agent and access point sites.

What customers can do

  • Access the Services Australia website for information on payments and services. They can also view guides to using self service
  • Sign in to myGov to do most of their business online with linked member services
  • Access approved internet sites including:
    • bank and credit union websites
    • government, higher education and community sites for job search and payment related activities
    • most email providers
  • Look for work
  • Print statements, letters and other documentation
