• issue DAC out of office hours where child support debt/overpayment is under $50,000

Service Manager, Debt Enforcement Smart Centre

• issue DPO, issue a departure authorisation certificate (DAC) and revoke DPO where child support debt/overpayment (not including penalties) is under $50,000

National Manager, Intensive Collection Services

• issue DPO, issue a DAC and revoke DPO where child support debt/overpayment (not including penalties) is $50,000 and above
