This document outlines how to view, detach, reassign and change correspondence. It also includes how to Index (attach) correspondence from the List Correspondence window and the Unattached Correspondence window.
Note: correspondence uploaded to the wrong customer’s Payer Collection window requires a mySupport request to resolve. Refer the issue to an aligned Service Support Officer.
