Using ACE
The ACE application enables access to archived Centrelink customer information including:
- Customer Reference Number (CRN)
- Letters, including nominee letters
- Interactive Voice Recordings (IVRs)
- ISIS Activities
- ISIS Receipt Numbers
- Online Document Recordings
- Interview Responses
- Social security payments details
