This document outlines information about the Archiving and Culling Engine (ACE) application which provides the facility to:

  • archive data from any source system
  • hold the data in an archive storage database, and
  • retrieve the archived data over the intranet

Using ACE

The ACE application enables access to archived Centrelink customer information including:

  • Customer Reference Number (CRN)
  • Letters, including nominee letters
  • Interactive Voice Recordings (IVRs)
  • ISIS Activities
  • ISIS Receipt Numbers
  • Online Document Recordings
  • Interview Responses
  • Social security payments details
