Update the Customer Study Details (EDCH) screen in Process Direct or the Education Course History (EDCH) screen in Customer First as follows:
Within the same activity, restore the payment via the Benefit Action (BA) screen. See Restoration of JobSeeker Payment (JSP), Youth Allowance (job seeker) and Special Benefit (SpB). Advise the customer they must provide evidence of their educational qualifications to both Services Australia and their Employment Service Provider within 28 days. Send a letter to the customer requesting evidence of educational qualifications. See Requesting information (CLK). To complete the referral process, run the Participation workflow. The job seeker will need to negotiate a Job Plan with their Employment Services Provider. Procedure ends here. |

Within the same activity, cancel the payment via the Benefit Action (BA) screen with the same date of event used to suspend YA, using the reason code 'ATR'.
