Check the customer completed the form correctly

When a MOB claim or review form is lodged in person, staff must check the form is completed and signed, while the customer is present.

If all information has been provided, scan the form and any other documents provided by the customer.

The Mobility Allowance Processing team will process mobility claims and reviews.

Customers can apply for a MOB advance online by logging into myGov and accessing their linked Centrelink account.
