Searching for Employment/Training reviews

Searches can be done nationally using the Service Component National Search (PQNS) screen or by Service Centre or Zone using either the Service Component National Search (PQNS) or the Service Component Search (PQCS) screens.

See Accessing and using the Service Profiling screens for instructions on the search facility.

To search for Employment/Training Reviews, use the following Service Component number:

  • SC665 - Mobility Allowance - Very High Risk Employment/Training Review
  • SC666 - Mobility Allowance - High Risk Employment/Training Review
  • SC667 - Mobility Allowance - Medium Risk Employment/Training Review
  • SC668 - Mobility Allowance - Low Risk Employment/Training Review
  • SC669 - Mobility Allowance - Very Low Risk Employment/Training Review

General information on Medical Reviews

Medical reviews are only issued to customers who have the Inability to Use Public Transport: field on the Mobility Misc. Circumstances (MOCD) screen coded as 'C' (conversion) or 'E' (extended period). The Medical Report - Mobility Allowance Review (MA002R) is issued if the customer is selected for a review.

Reissuing review of Mobility Allowance (MA003) and Medical Reviews (MA002R)

These need to be posted manually.
