This document outlines the process for recording the AAT hearing and providing additional documents where required.

Pre-hearing information

The AAT will advise Child Support when a hearing has been scheduled.

If Child Support has received further information or documents relevant to the hearing, these will be forwarded to the AAT and customers prior to the hearing date.
