All Processing Services information is obtained from Office Locator:

  • Enter the name of the office/town in the Office/Town: field
  • Select Search Office/Town
  • In the Office Result List, select the applicable Centrelink Service Centre
  • Select Processing Services in the left menu
  • Each Processing Service and the relevant Processing Site will display
