Processing Manual Follow-ups (MFU) for Families 007-13040000
This is a Family and Domestic Violence Interaction Point. If the customer is with another person, on speaker phone, or already identified with family and domestic violence concerns, continue with the current business conversation. Otherwise, go to the Family and domestic violence procedure to conduct the risk identification and referral process.
If you have concerns about a child's safety, follow the risk and referral process.
This document outlines information on processing Manual Follow-ups (MFU) generated due to Families claims or activities.
Actioning Manual Follow Ups (MFU)
It is important that MFUs are actioned following correct processes. The actions required will vary depending on the type of MFU.
An MFU can be created manually by a Service Officer or generated automatically as a Transfer Action Generator (TAG) MFU when an action or reassessment is undertaken on a record.
