This document outlines how customers can access their online account to view or update deductions.

Access to service

Customers need to register online to access this service.

Customers can view the following deductions:

  • Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
  • Child Support - refer all customer enquiries relating to these deductions to Child Support
  • Centrepay
  • Rent Deduction Scheme (RDS)
  • Income Managed - customers must contact the Income Management line to add, vary or cease an Income Management expense

When customers can update deductions

Customers can add or change deductions if their applicable payment status is current or suspended. There is no limit to the number of changes the customer can make in any period of time. Customers with a payment nominee will not be able to access the add or change deduction options.
