Customers registered online
Customers must have an active online account to use many online options. They can also view and update their family income estimate and advise non lodgement using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.
Users can:
- claim family assistance, PPL or DAP
- change their claim choice for a newborn or adopted child
- view or update their family income estimate
- view or update their FTB payment choice
- view their family income history
- complete reviews including Healthy Start for School
- view or update FTB child education details
- advise non-lodgement of tax return
- advise return to work
- update their activity test details or hours of participation
- confirm enrolments
- change the amount of CCS withholdings
- change of circumstances for PPL
- change of circumstances for DAP
