This document outlines the tasks required to be performed on a daily basis when information is exchanged between Child Support and Inland Revenue, New Zealand (NZIR).
Daily tasks
The following tasks are performed on a daily basis:
- exchange of information requests and responses with NZIR
- monitor NZ Secure Messaging mailbox for new messages and either action or allocate, and
- monitor International NZ Administration Team (NZ Admin Unit) mailbox for new messages and either allocate or action
