This document outlines the information available on the Income Management Summary screen.

Income Management Summary screen

The screen allows Service Officers to:

  • view all customer information relating to Income Management in one place, and
  • launch workflows to undertake Income Management related activities

This screen is available through Customer First on the:

  • Workspace page, under the Income Management menu
  • ‘General Information’ box by selecting the Income Management link under ‘Events’ on the Customer Summary page, or
  • Issues page when selecting an Income Management related activities. For example, a Work Item

The Resources page contains an example of how the Available Balance and Current Balance displayed on the screen are calculated.
