When to use this form
Applicants will need to complete and lodge an ABSTUDY Student Additional Information Form (SY023) if they have lodged an incomplete or incorrect claim for ABSTUDY.
Service Officers may also request the customer completes an SY023 if they advise of a major change to their circumstances that may affect their rate of or eligibility for ABSTUDY, such as, moving from Incidentals only to ABSTUDY Living Allowance.
If the customer is only advising changes to their study details, they can 
view and update the study details online if they are registered online and are authenticated.
