Access to OLA letters
Create Compensation Recovery letters manually via Online Advice (OLA). These letters:
- assist the Compensation Recovery Team (CRT) informing all parties involved in compensation matters
- contain a shell of standard text which vary according to the type of letter being created
Viewing OLAs and associated activities
OLAs and associated activities:
- can be viewed for up to 56 days from the date printed
- move into the archive system for storage after 56 days
Retrieve archived OLA's from the Customer Archive Retrieval (CAR) system.
