This document explains how to create, view, manage and print compensation manual letters and Online Advice (OLA).

Access to manual letters OLAs

Compensation Recovery letters:

  • help the Compensation Recovery Team (CRT) to inform all parties involved in compensation matters
  • have a shell of standard text which varies to match the type of letter created
  • are created as a manual letter in Process Direct or OLA in Customer First, see Creating a manual letter or Online Advice (OLA)

Viewing manual letters and OLAs

To view manual letters and OLAs that are:

  • recent, see the History Summary (HS) screen
  • older, use the Archiving and Culling Engine (ACE)
